You start by answering a 10 question quiz that gets to the root of your personality. I based the questions on the leading academic model of personality - the Big 5 personality traits.

Then you answer the basic age/gender/height questions and you see other people who share your core personality traits. I created a very simple algorithm that assigns points based on how similar your answers were to each of the 10 questions.

When you view another person’s profile you see how similar you are on a scale of 0 to 100. You also see the questions you answered the same as well as the questions you were super close on.

Then you just click a button to indicate if you are interested or not and if two people like each other then they match and they can chat with each other.
